1. The service
Tattali is an inventory intelligence platform for spas and salons. It tracks consumables from procurement through consumption and generates statistical insights. It is not a full spa management system and does not manage client bookings, CRM, HR, or financial accounting.
2. Accounts & activation
Creating an account is free. Access to the product requires a valid license key, obtained after payment. There is no free trial. License keys are single-use and tied to a specific plan and duration. Sharing or reselling keys is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to access other businesses' data, reverse-engineer the platform, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Anonymous service-volume data must not contain personally identifiable information about your clients.
4. Subscriptions
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your subscription expires, your account enters a 7-day grace period, after which it is suspended. Reactivation requires a new license key. Refunds are handled case-by-case; contact hello@tattali.com.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that insights and forecasts will be error-free. You remain responsible for your business decisions.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tattali's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
