1. What we collect
When you create a Tattali account we store your name, email, phone (optional), and business name. Inside your account, you record inventory data: product names, SKUs, quantities, supplier details, service types, and anonymous service-volume counts. We do not collect the names or contact details of your clients.
2. How we use it
We use your data to provide the Tattali service: inventory tracking, insights, forecasts, and reports. We never sell your data to third parties. We do not use your inventory data to train external models.
3. Anonymous service data
The system needs to know that 42 massages happened, not who received them. We only store aggregate service-volume counts, never client identities.
4. License keys & payments
Payments are made by bank transfer directly to Tattali. We do not process or store your card details. License keys are single-use, tied to a plan and duration, and recorded with the business that redeemed them.
5. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting hello@tattali.com. Canceled accounts are purged after 90 days.
6. Security
All passwords are hashed. Session cookies are HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict, and secure in production. CSRF tokens protect every form. Audit logs record who did what, to which entity, from which IP.
